Profile Page

The Profile Page displays the current public details about your Business Agent.

Accessing the Profile Page

• Your agency's information is located on the Profile Page. To access it, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Administration section.
  2. Click on the first page, which is your Profile Page.

Editing Your Profile Information

• Within the Profile Page, you can easily update the following details:

  • Business Name: This is the name the public associates with your business.
  • Classification: Select the industry your business belongs to.
  • Phone Number: Provide your company's primary contact phone number.
  • Logo Image URL: Insert the web address (URL) of your business logo.
  • Privacy Policy URL: Enter the web address (URL) of your company's privacy policy.
  • Copyright Text: Customize your copyright statement.
  • Support Company Email: Add the designated email address for customer support inquiries.

Making Your Business Discoverable

• Enhance your business's visibility by making it discoverable to other businesses. To do this:

  • Locate the checkbox that says "Make Discoverable."
  • Check the box to enable discoverability. This will allow other businesses to find your business and its associated workflows.

Deleting Your Business

• If you need to remove your business from the platform, follow these steps:

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll find the "Delete" button.

  • Click on the "Delete" button.

  • A confirmation prompt will appear. To proceed, type "DELETE" into the provided field.

  • You have the option to delete:

    • Agency Database (Business Database): This action will remove all data associated with your business.
    • Wallet Database: This will delete the wallet data linked to your business.
